The wood is, as your name says, solid - really solid! It's very well built indeed. I am quite an experienced DIYer, and have put together many a flat-pack before, but these are far superior products. One impressive detail is that the cam bolts are not simply screwed into the wood (where the threading is likely to fail) but into nylon rings which are bonded to the wood. This makes for a much more secure joint. The staining is very good and pretty even, and I like the fact that you supply some touch-up too. The nickel finish on the hardware is also very smart. My wife never thought the closets would look this good. The instructions (apart from saying that the runners should be taken apart for fitting, which I think should be added) are very clear; the ones you emailed for fitting the drawers make that much easier than it would otherwise have been. I have simply made two formers of the appropriate widt...
