I'm very impressed

I'm posting my review here as well because I purchased both Cherry and Maple Spice closet organizers.

The wood is, as your name says, solid - really solid! It's very well built indeed. I am quite an experienced DIYer, and have put together many a flat-pack before, but these are far superior products. One impressive detail is that the cam bolts are not simply screwed into the wood (where the threading is likely to fail) but into nylon rings which are bonded to the wood. This makes for a much more secure joint.

The staining is very good and pretty even, and I like the fact that you supply some touch-up too. The nickel finish on the hardware is also very smart. My wife never thought the closets would look this good.

The instructions (apart from saying that the runners should be taken apart for fitting, which I think should be added) are very clear; the ones you emailed for fitting the drawers make that much easier than it would otherwise have been. I have simply made two formers of the appropriate width from plywood, and then lie them on top of the bottom of the tower, or the runner below, to work out where to place the next one.

I haven't followed your advice for the siting of the rails; I prefer them with a little more space between the rail and the shelf above, and also like them 11 or 12 inches out from the wall, so that sleeves don't rub. But these are simply matters of personal preference, and certainly not criticisms of you or the products.

I am really pleased with the look and quality of the two closet systems I purchased from your web site! The instructions were clear and it only took a couple of evenings to get everything set up.
