"I am very impressed with everything. The wood is, as your name says, solid - really solid! It's very well built indeed, the quality is actually even better than my wife and I expected when I placed the order. I am quite an experienced DIYer, and have put together many a flat-pack before, but these are far superior products. One impressive detail is that the cam bolts are not simply screwed into the wood (where the threading is likely to fail) but into nylon rings which are bonded to the wood. This makes for a much more secure joint.
The staining is very good and pretty even, and I like the fact that you supply some touch-up too. The nickel finish on the hardware is also very smart. My wife never thought the closets would look this good.
I should have mentioned how useful it is that you have cut out a section at the bottom of the back of the tower sides to go around baseboards, and that your cut-out is full-sized too. It saves a lot of time, and is done very neatly. I should also have said the quality of the packing - including the pieces of plywood which I have used for my drawer slider formers - protects the contents very well. Also, the instructions are very clear.
I am pleased to say that I have now finished the installation of all four closets, and my wife and I are extremely pleased with the results. Thanks very much!
